Delivery Information - UK (Including Free Delivery)

We offer standard tracked delivery, which typically takes 2 to 4 working days. The delivery cost is based on the total weight of your order:

  • £3.40 for orders weighing up to 2kg
  • £4.99 for orders up to 10kg
  • £6.99 for orders up to 20kg

Free delivery is available for all orders above £50, regardless of weight.

Please note that orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours.

Delivery Information - Europe

We offer tracked delivery to Europe Zones 1 and 2, which typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Delivery costs are based on the total weight of your order and range from £13.75 to £16.65.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Shipping charges do not include prepaid customs duties. You will need to complete the necessary customs process in your country when your parcel arrives.

Delivery Information - Rest of World

Currently, we only ship to the US and Canada, but we’re excited to expand to additional international zones in the future!

  • Canada: Flat rate of £19.97 for orders up to 15kg.
  • US: Shipping costs range from £21.30 to £29.15 for orders up to 2kg.

Please note:

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and dispatched. This will include the delivery tracking ID number and the carrier; we use Royal Mail and Evri. Please visit the indicated carrier’s website to track your parcel. 

Returns

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. We accept returns on all orders provided that items are in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original seals or tags intact.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs or provide return shipping labels. Additionally, an administrative fee of 3% will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, returns on gift cards are not accepted.

We currently do not offer exchanges. The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

How do I report a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item?

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at cs@ayanae.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, include photographic or video evidence. 

What is your Refund Process?

To start a return, contact us at cs@ayanae.com for instructions how and where to send your package.

You will be notified by email once your returned item/s has been received, processed and ready to be refunded. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 working days.

If you haven't received your refund and it's been 10 business days since our email was sent, contact us at cs@ayanae.com .

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to process any cancellation requests, as the order is already on its way to you.
